Growth Track is the easiest way to get to know Life West Church's story, hear vision from the Life West leadership team, get to know the unique gifts and personality within you, and start making a difference alongside the Life West Dream Team.

Each Step in the track typically takes 45-60 minutes.

GROWTH TRACK SCHEDULE

  • 01. KNOW GOD

    Knowing God is NOT an optional part of the Christian life. It IS the Christian life. God doesn’t hide himself from us. He is calling us into deeper relationship with Him.

    Step One takes place the first Sunday of most months.

  • 02. FIND FREEDOM

    God wants us to live our lives to the fullest. One of His ways for us to do that is in community with others, and at Life West, we intentionally pursue relationships!

    Step Two takes place the second Sunday of most months.

  • 03. DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE

    You were designed with a purpose! God has given each of us a specific, unique set of gifts and talents. Discover how the way you were created enables you to fulfill all that God has for your life.

    Step Three takes place the second Sunday of most months.

  • 04. MAKE A DIFFERENCE

    Explore how your unique gifts and talents enable you to impact the Kingdom of God in a meaningful way.

    Step Four takes place the third Sunday of most months.

Areas of Service

  • A-TEAM (ADMINISTRATION)

    Our team uses our gift of administration to support Life West teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to details.

    Requirements: Age: 18+, Background check

  • HOST TEAM

    Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at coffee stations and in the auditorium.

  • GREETERS

    Our team welcomes people to Life West at the front doors in a friendly and engaging manner.

  • LIFEKIDS & NURSERY

    Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games.

    Requirements: Background check

  • LIFEKIDS CHECK-IN

    Our team facilitates the check-in process in Lifekids to ensure children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

    Requirements: Age: 18+, Background check

  • RESOURCE TEAM

    Our team enhances the worship experience by preparing worship guides, communion elements, and providing other products or materials.

  • LEGACY TEAM

    Our team uses our gift of giving to support major projects and facilitate the overall vision of the church through strategic financial offerings.

  • OUTREACH

    Our team facilitates serving opportunities through Dream Centers, Serve Day projects, and other outreach opportunities.

  • PARKING TEAM

    Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to Life West by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.

    Requirements: Age: 15+

  • PRODUCTION

    Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.

  • SETUP/TAKEDOWN TEAM

    Our team facilitates the Life West experience by setting up before service and taking down after service.

  • SMALL GROUP LEADERS

    Our team is trained to facilitate Small Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps.

  • SUPPORT TEAM

    Our team works behind the scenes to maintain and support every area of our church, including baptisms and special events.

  • USHERS

    Our team assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.

  • WELCOME CENTER & INFORMATION

    Our team helps people identify their next steps by providing resources and information about weekend services, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.

  • WORSHIP & CREATIVE ARTS

    Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
