Small Groups

Church isn’t an event to attend—it’s a place to belong.

God made us to be in community with people. We need each other because we can do more, be more, and endure more when we’re walking through life together. Small groups at Life West Church are places to build authentic relationships with people who will support you and love you, through all the ups and downs of life.

Sounds complicated. It isn’t.

Unless you’re someone who likes to make things complicated. Then, sure, have at it (Maybe you could host a group for complicating things?). For the rest of us, though, hosting a group looks a lot like inviting people into the things we’re already doing. Love baking? Make it into a group. Love Bible studies? Choose one (or let us help you) and make it a group. Weighlifting your thing? Cool. Grab some friends and pray before you crush the gym. Whatever it is, we’re pretty sure you’re already geeked about something in life —so all we’re asking is for you to bring others along! You don’t need ten people — just a willingness to bring Jesus and others into your hobbies and studies. Cool? Cool. Seasons give a clear place to start and a clear place to take a break. We have three small group seasons (But hey! We’re not going to stop you from hanging out in between—in fact, we’d prefer it!):

Season 1: February - April

Season 2: June - August

Season 3: September - November

Life happens in seasons. So does the life of our church.
